KWIK Sports Performance is dedicated to unleashing the full athletic potential in every individual. Our training programs are designed to elevate performance levels, instill confidence, and foster a winning mindset. We prioritize creating a solid foundation by teaching proper movement patterns, creating movement efficiency,  building confidence through repetition and strength and power throughout your athletes movements.

Meet Coach

COACH KEITH KELLER

Coach Keller has a passion for coaching and is committed to developing athletic talent. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness and a Master's in Coaching and Athletic Administration, along with 5+ years of experience coaching at the collegiate level and younger. With certifications from NSCA, NASM, and USAW, Coach Keller uses his vast knowledge and personal sports experience—playing football at the University of Idaho and throwing Javelin at BYU—to inspire and guide athletes. Outside of coaching, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, skiing, and attending sporting events.
